Private Events in the Dolomites

Whether you are planning an intimate celebration, a destination wedding, a milestone anniversary, or an exclusive private gathering, Dolomites IN brings your vision to life in one of the most spectacular mountain settings in the world.

Our experienced local Team manages every stage of the event, from the initial concept to on-site coordination. We select exceptional venues, arrange accommodations and private transportation, coordinate trusted local vendors, and oversee every logistical detail. Each event is carefully designed around your preferences, style, and expectations.

Bespoke Event Planning with Local Expertise

Our in-depth knowledge of the Dolomites allows us to recommend locations and experiences that truly reflect the character of the region. From elegant mountain hotels and panoramic terraces to traditional alpine farms, historic venues, and mountain huts, we help you find the ideal setting for your event.

Thanks to our established relationships with local partners, we can coordinate catering, floral design, entertainment, photography, guides, activities, and personalized guest experiences. We remain your single point of contact throughout the planning process, ensuring clear communication and seamless execution.

More Than an Event

A private event in the Dolomites allows you and your guests to experience the destination far beyond the event itself. We can enhance your program with private hiking tours, skiing, wellness experiences, gourmet tastings, scenic transfers, and carefully curated excursions.

Guests may enjoy lunch in a charming mountain hut, dine at a fine restaurant overlooking the peaks, explore the landscape with an expert local guide, or discover the traditions and flavors of the Dolomite mountains. Every element is thoughtfully planned to create a meaningful connection with the destination.

Seamless Coordination from Arrival to Departure

From welcoming your guests to managing last-minute changes, our Team provides attentive, on-the-ground support throughout the event. Our local presence enables us to respond quickly, anticipate potential challenges, and ensure that every detail runs smoothly.

Let Dolomites IN create an unforgettable private event shaped around your vision and inspired by the beauty of the Dolomites.

Really great place to stay. Eleanora gave us a lift to the bus station which was very kind. This is a family run hotel and it was nice to meet the children and dog.

Exceptional! In February we (7 of us) tried to book huts for the Alta Via 1 for June. They were either full or we didn't get replies. We therefore contacted Eleanora at Cortina IN. She knows the area really well and has contacts with the refuges. It took her considerable effort but she rescued our holiday, booking accommodation at decent distances apart. Without her support we would have had to abandon this walk. Eleanora was great to work with answering questions promptly and finding solutions. Also, much cheaper than other options. Thank you Eleanora!
